I'm Ye Sheng, an iPEC-certified Professional Coach (CPC) with more than 1,500 hours of coaching behind me. I work with high-achieving international women who are stepping into bigger leadership roles and who want the visibility, influence, and presence those roles ask for.
I've worked with over 100 clients globally, from North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific, including Australia. I coach online from my base in Berlin.

Coaching packages
Each package is priced for the outcome you walk away with: the change you make and the support to get there.
Clarity Sprint
For the pivotal moment you can't afford to get wrong, for example, weighing one offer against another, or mapping your play for a more senior role.
