We take the privacy of our visitors very seriously. This policy describes what personal information this website receives, and how it is used.
We will never share your email address or any other personal information with anyone without your direct consent.
Cookies and consent#
Nothing is stored on your device before you choose. When you first arrive you are asked to accept or decline analytics cookies, and the two options carry equal weight. Declining is a single click and costs you nothing: every part of the site works either way.
The banner itself is served from this website rather than from a consent provider, so opening a page does not announce your visit to a third party. Your choice is remembered on your own device so you are not asked again. If you decline, or later change your mind, any analytics cookies already set are cleared.
Google Analytics#
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept, and never before. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, it is never requested and no analytics cookies are set.
When it is active, it reports aggregate trends such as which pages are read, without identifying you individually. Your IP address is anonymised before it is processed. You can read the Google Analytics Privacy Policy for details of what Google does with that data.
What this site does not load#
Fonts, icons, styles, scripts and images all come from this website. There are no external font services, no content delivery networks and no social media or certification widgets, so no third party learns that you visited simply because a page opened. The site search runs entirely in your own browser: what you type into it is never sent anywhere.
Hosting#
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in the EU. As with any web host, its servers process the requests needed to deliver a page to you.
Liability for Links#
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
